I have been looking at different real estate agent channels, and by far you are more knowledgeable bc you was in the construction building field so you know the ups downs, in and outs + the sideways of all these builder's...Keep up the excellent work

I just discovered your program. I really like the content and the 16:18 focus. In the future could you do a program on 2nd time home buyers, specifically older buyers (over fifty) discussing the pros of buying a second home and what they should consider when purchasing a new home.

lol only communities with no kids would be 55+ communities. All of these master planned communities are going to be designed mostly for growing families in terms of amenities and schools that they’re tied to.

Pretty much all of the entry level builders have homes starting around $260-280K. KB, Lennar, Adams etc. Are you looking at inventory or building ground up?
Haven’t seen that on new construction in Katy. MUD taxes and school taxes are a bit too high for that on new builds. Everything I’ve seen in the area is 3.1-3.3%

I would like to know what's the Property taxes for homes. and the an incentive for senior citizen, in taxes or purchasing, thanks
Depends on the community but over 65 here you get an additional homestead exemption tax decrease and a school rate freeze.

Don’t remember seeing anyone pubbing that so I doubt it. If you’re looking for zero down loans though a bunch of banks have that now

Inventory is preferred but looking for a tax rate below 3% in Katy
